Richie is a long established member of the dance music community who began his career as a New York based DJ and ultimately followed a path into the studio. With over 20 years of Remixing & Production experience, Richie’s work has contributed to the success of many major Pop and Dance artists. Richie is also the mastermind behind Degrees Of Motion, well-known for the classic club anthems “Shine On” and “Do You Want It Right Now” (his first full production). From 1997 to 2007 Richie focused exclusively on producing mainstream Pop music working with artists such as: Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Anastacia, Mark Anthony and many more. In 1999 he received a GRAMMY-AWARD nomination as Producer (Best Dance Recording) of “Waiting For Tonight” by Jennifer Lopez. Richie’s productions have collectively sold in excess of 100 million units worldwide. In 2008 Richie relocated to Miami, FL and is getting back to his dance music roots with the launch of Phase Deux Musiq (along with Franck Adam and Eric Kupper), which will focus on producing quality soulful house tracks.
